Marković wrote to Raonic: RTCG is not your business, so you decide what to publish and what to censor

Member of the Nikšić Municipal Council and vice-president of the Liberal Party, Jelena Marković, sent an open letter to RTCG director Boris Raonić, pointing out, as she states, not only his unprofessional attitude but also the abuse of his official position.
We transmit the letter in its entirety:
"I would not talk about you for other reasons, such as how you were chosen as the general director of RTCG, that is, whether or not you came to that position legally. Like whether you are even competent to manage the Public Information Service, nor how much salary YOU TAKE, because you determine it yourself, nor on what basis YOU TAKE a bribe. As well as whether you respect the final judgment of the court of this State and whether it is a criminal offense or not. Why? Because there are system institutions for that, which are obliged to solve it, and that's why I won't deal with it.
But I want to talk about why you, still in the position of general director of RTCG, are in charge. The National Public Service is the service of all citizens, because it is financed with 20 million of the money of all the citizens of Montenegro, and it is not your private house or company, so that you decide what to publish and what to censor.
You and the director of TV Tomašević, with your selective action, are violating the Media Act and are discriminating against me by not publishing my announcements that I have been sending to you as a member of the National Council of the Republic of Croatia and vice president of a political party for a long time. Several times I addressed RTCG Ombudsman Danijela Popović, who must have warned you not to work professionally but selectively.
This public response was prompted by discrimination against me as a public employee, because you did not publish my response yesterday to the statement of the Ombudsman of Montenegro, but you broadcast his unsolicited and impersonal statement in another TVCG newspaper. You were obliged, according to the letter of the law, to convey my reaction to the announcement of Ombudsman Bjeković within the same period.
I know that he is your best friend, that you protect each other and that for personal reasons, you did not act professionally. Therefore, I publicly call you out and point out to the public not only your unprofessional attitude, but also your abuse of your official position.
I publicly demand that you publish my response to Ombudsman Bjeković's statement at the same time as you did with his statement, because that is your legal obligation.
Let the citizens see how and in what way our institutions are abused and used for personal needs, all to the detriment of all citizens of Montenegro. My opinion is that you are illegally sitting in that place and that it will cause you enormous harm as long as you are there," Marković pointed out in the letter.
