In this country, for four years now, every election procedure has been reduced to the skill of manipulation and an attempt to circumvent the law, in which the most important thing is for someone to deceive someone and gain political influence where they should not be present, it was announced from the Media Center of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro. .
Therefore, they judge, it is not surprising that the election for the first man of the RTCG came down to what we are witnessing today - a non-transparent process, a legal den in which force, political power and influence try to impose a solution for the director of the Public Service. Under this government, which has been "refreshing" all institutions so nicely for four years, everything boils down to playing with the law and logic, including the procedure for electing the RTCG director.
"It is clear that the government planned this process to look like this, just as it is clear that the institutions, and above all the prosecutor's office, deliberately pretended not to see what has been happening for months in the RTCG Council, which was politically appointed to be an extension of the PES and former DF. We believe that the professional prosecutor's office, when it is established with the fall of this government, will investigate all the inactions and frauds by which all three governments, since 2020, have destroyed and humiliated institutions - from the police to the Public Service", they conclude in the statement.
