The President of the European Council, Charle Michaele, welcomed the appointment of three judges of the Constitutional Court in the Assembly, stressing that this is an important step towards a fully functional judiciary in Montenegro.
Ensuring adequate and stable institutions is crucial, as well as credible EU reforms, so that Montenegro can progress on the EU path, Michaele said on Twitter.
