The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, after yesterday's questions addressed to the Government, today addressed a new inquiry to Prime Minister Spajić's cabinet. In an online post, X Milatović asks: Why does the Government propose that more than 100 million euros in contributions to PIO from gross earnings belonging to citizens be redirected from the PIO Fund to company profits?
"In other words, why does the government propose that the money used to finance pensions be diverted from the PIO Fund to the profits of (to the greatest extent) large capital? And then the lack of funding for pensions is proposed by the government to be partially compensated through an increase in VAT, which until the answers to yesterday's questions," says Milatović.
