AUTHOR: M.J.

Ministers from the minority parties of Albanians and Bosniaks left today's session of the Government because of its intention to give approval for the erection of a monument to the late SPC Metropolitan Amfilohije in Berane, writes CdM.

Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, who is in Brussels for a working lunch with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, is not presiding over the Government session today, but is being replaced by the Deputy Prime Minister from the Democrats, Aleksa Bečić.

Earlier today, Minister of Culture and Media Tamara Vujović, to whom Bečić is the party chief, submitted a proposal to the Government to grant prior approval for the erection of a memorial to Metropolitan Amfilohije of the Montenegrin littoral SPC, before the deadline.

The published agenda of the Government session did not state that the proposal of Minister Vujović was included.
