Mitrovic: Citizens of Montenegro are deceived

The economic and social policy of the current parliamentary majority, Montenegro leads to safe disappearance and its citizens to social decay, said the Prophet of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the Assembly, Ivan Mitrovic.

"Although the last Sunday of the year is marked by the executive power to increase your earnings, in reality it will look completely different," Mitrovic said in the author's text.

He, as DPS said, said that the average earnings in the State Administration in November last year amounted to EUR 749 and there were no significant changes to the height of the average earnings throughout the year.

In the same period, an average annual infalction of 17.5 percent was recorded.

“As a consequence of inflation, the consumer basket increased by 130 EUR, or with EUR 671.8 from December 2021, at EUR 799.7, which was in November last year. As the executive rule boasts by increasing earnings by 20 percent, which is actually growth only for the level of inflation in the year for us, or growth, in numerous cases, and less than the increase in consumer baskets, it is clear that these are deceives of Montenegro citizens, ” claims Mitrovic.

This deception, as he said, with a certain increase in fuel prices, will, due to the reduction of fuel actions, which are already 15 percent, instead of the current 25 percent, and afterwards the increase in the prices of numerous products and the expected new influenced events, only be only and only bigger.

“We also warned of the deception of the citizens of Montenegro and when introducing individual rights at the beginning of last year. At the time, we said that a hopeless and politically motivated social policy in the long run is only harmed by the citizens of Montenegro. Today, after only one year of application of individual rights, our claims, unfortunately, are already proven to be justified, ”Mitrovic said.

As he stated, measured in the year of inflation in the year for us, the value of "mothers fees" dropped 17.5 percent, that is, the fees that at the beginning of last year amounted to EUR 192 today amount to EUR 158 (in value), or those that are amounted to EUR 336, today they are 278 EUR, with a certain and further tendency to fall in value in the coming year.

"In addition to the recorded decline in the value of the fees, the time of women who are at a working age should not be omitted and the recipients are fees. Lost time for education, dualification or retraining, in order to achieve their fee through work, as the best mechanism for a safe source of income. After all, this is the only correct social policy and policy of numerous EU levels, "Mitrovic added.

According to him, deception is even the biggest when it comes to the retirees of Montenegro.

“Despite the deception that all pensioners in Montenegro is the lowest pension of 253 EUR, as the heights of the penny of many pensioners in Montenegro are under that border, it is also a deception that the retirement status has been repaired. On the contrary, it is worse even than the position of retirement from the beginning of last year, when the height of the average pension fell compared to the average earnings with 54.59 percent in December 2021 to 43.59 percent in last year's January, "Mitrovic said.

He said that throughout the last year, the pensions in Montenegro were enlarged three times - in January, May and September, almost 15 percent.

"However, returning again to the level of inflation of 17.5 from the year, which is 2.5 percent more than the collective increase in the pension, it is clear that the year was completed and with a worse purchase of the Pensioner of Montenegro," Mitrovic claims.

The deception, as he stated, was the only one when it came to the poorest citizens of Montenegro, that is, users of material insurance (MO), 6.3 thousand families or 21.41 thousand members.

"They are not deceived because they are completely forgotten. The users welcomed the year without any assistance and the executive government has no intention or increase their fee, and currently live with the amount of income, which does not allow them to reconcile their monthly utilities accounts, ”concluded Mitrovic.
