Murders committed in five locations, 12 people killed and 13th perpetrator

Prosecutor Andrijana Nastic announced late last night that murders were committed in five locations and that the perpetrator of these crimes committed suicide in the sixth. 12 people and a 13th perpetrator of the murders were killed.

As she recalled yesterday at around 6 pm, the prosecutor on duty at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed that firearms had been used in Cetinje and that several people had been killed. Upon arrival at the scene, an investigation was carried out at six locations and it was determined that 12 people had been killed, two of whom were children.

"At each location, an on-site investigation was conducted and evidence was seized that will be taken into consideration. The perpetrator of the murders committed suicide and this is the sixth location where an on-site investigation was conducted. Prosecutorial and police actions are underway to develop the circumstances under which this event occurred," said Nastic.

As she emphasized, at the first location, in a cafe, four men were killed, at the second four were also killed, at the third two children were murdered. At the fourth one person was killed, and at the fifth one. At the sixth a suicide was committed.

The locations, as she said, are far from each other, but she could not say with precision how far.

We remind you that in this tragic event, four people were also injured and hospitalized at the Clinical Center.
