NGO 35 mm: We have officially applied to the Government of Montenegro for the Guinness Book of Records

AUTHOR: M.J.
NGO 35 mm has started the process to register the record of the Government of Montenegro for the Guinness Book of Records in a new category - The highest density of executive power per capita.
As announced by that non-governmental organization, since yesterday the application is officially in the process of evaluation.
- This category evaluates the highest number of executive government officials (including ministers, deputy prime ministers and prime ministers) in relation to the total population of the country. After we went through the questionnaires and the application process - we are currently in the procedure of attaching evidence, and here is an opportunity to invite as many "testimonies" as possible, i.e. individuals who are necessary for the application to enter the official evaluation as soon as possible - they said from the NGO 35 mm.
Those interested can write to them at office@nvo35mm.com where, as they say, they will explain the next steps in the answer.
- The unit of measurement that we have proposed for this category is "executive officials per capita", which will certainly place Montenegro on the administrative Olympus and place this Government among the legendary, if only in this way. The only record that is barely even close to Montenegrin's is that of Sri Lanka in the category of "Most appointed ministers in the Government" from 2005 (the record is no longer active) - which records that this country had 52 ministers. All this is enough to put our state apparatus to shame - if it were not for the fact that Sri Lanka has more than 20 million inhabitants - they explained.
In the context of this record, the NGO added, their nomination represents the ratio of the number of executive government officials to every citizen in the country.
- For example: according to calculations, Montenegro has approximately 0.0000537 executive officials for every person in the country. Or, in layman's terms, our administrative world miracle of the Government has 34 executive officials for 633,158 people, that is, for every 18,627 people we get one guardian of democracy from the executive branch. For the sake of comparison, in the region we are ahead of Croatia, which has 18 representatives of the Government per 3,871,833, i.e. one representative of the Government per 215,101 inhabitants, and when it comes to large appliances, we are much more caring for citizens than, say, Germany, which has one executive official per 4,964,705 inhabitants, i.e. . 17 representatives of the Government for over 84 million inhabitants - they stated in the announcement.
They also said that they hope that this nomination will help increase the recognition of Montenegro abroad, and effectively divert attention from "daily political trivialities", such as galloping inflation, a bad tourist season and a catastrophic situation in the security sector.
- May we all be happy with the application, with the hope of a new record - said the executive director of this NGO, Darko Ivanović.
