The standardization of the Montenegrin language enabled the use of both variants, but not with the intention of using one earring of the other, but equally. The law is always interpreted positively and it is not necessary to emphasize this obligation, as it is implied that the language must be applied as standardized. And that means in both variants. We had already had the interpretations of the uneducated part of the state administration and the public sector to give them freedom to choose. Yes, laws give them freedom to choose in their private life and in meeting state institutions as private faces, but not when they use language on behalf of state institutions.

We require the management of the public service of Montenegro to immediately cease to the persecution of journalists who use Montenegrin language in the omitable variant, in accordance with the Standar of the Montenegrin Language, they cease to discriminate against the Montenegrin nation, its language, culture and church, abolished the ban on the Jotovan Variants of the Montenegrin language and to introduce use Both variants of Montenegrin language as mandatory into their programs, as the positive regulations of Montenegro dictates!
