If the first man of Nikšić openly spreads fascist and chauvinist ideas, the institutions should intervene and protect the character of the state, said deputy of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Andrija Nikolić.
The fact that no one from the local government in Nikšić has yet condemned Marko Kovačević's hate speech only confirms how extreme political life is in Montenegro - said Nikolić on Twitter.
