Nikolić: On the scene is the devastation of the Rules of Procedure, how politically pathetic do you have to be to cite as a reason the suspicion that the opposition will obstruct the work?

The head of the parliamentary club DPS Andrija Nikolić believes that the cancellation of the Assembly session is a severe devastation of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.
He announced this at a press conference he called after the information that the Assembly session was cancelled.
"Neither the Rules of Procedure nor the Constitution recognize the cancellation of the session, and it had to be opened today. When the president returns the law for reconsideration, he must be present at the first following session and it must be voted on. How politically pathetic do you have to be to state in your explanation that it is because of doubts that the opposition will obstruct the session," asks Nikolić.
The parliamentary majority, says Nikolić, is doing what it accuses the opposition of.
"Today's session of the Assembly was canceled because the Central Bank of Montenegro requested to consult with the European Commission before adopting the Law on the Development Bank," says Nikolić.
Nikolić claims that there is complete anarchy on stage.
"We don't have political consultations, and everything is set up against Andrija Mandić and Milojko Spajić. We were therefore obliged to inform the public about the illegally canceled session," adds Nikolić.
