The Prophet of Democratic Socialist Andrija Nikolić said the prosecution filed a criminal complaint against the President of the Assembly of Andrija Mandić, due to the criminal offenses of the abuse of official position, pointed out the second state's flag in his cabinet.
As you know, Mandic as an official, the President of the Assembly is illegal, the opposite law on state symbols, pointed out the flag of the state of the state in his cabinet - Nikolić told a press conference. He said he did not expect Mandic to be politically sanctioned, but he expects to sanction him to the Prosecution, because he called for not disrespect his, and on loyalty to another country.
Nikolic claims that Mandic was exposed to Montenegro, her flag and symbols, as well as the Assembly, who is the House of Representatives of all citizens.

According to Nikolić, the Bosniak Party refused to sign the cryue application.

This means that Mandic would have an obligation to behave in accordance with the Constitution of Law and to be the president of the representative of all citizens, and not only Serbs - Nikolic said.
As such an action, as he said, that Mandic changed the character of Montenegro, which, as he said, produces divisions in Montenegro.
He wants Montenegro with an altered character, to introduce the Serbian world, advocating a new concept, united all Serbs, who will follow the decisions of official Belgrade - Nikolić said.
He said that the President of the municipality of Pljevlario Vraneš works as well as his boss - Andrija Mandić.
We expect that there is enough grounds and doubts in the treatment of Mandić, not only politically be sanctioned. When you have this kind of deviation in society, then it is the job only for judicial institutions and we expect the reaction of the SDT - Nikolić emphasized.
MP SD Branislav Nonesic said that the part of the ruling majority of Europe USA, the Albanian Forum and Democrats should say whether the violation of the Constitution is to expire the flag of another country.
Let them show the character and answers to this question. It cannot be sacred by political focused and armchair with a statement of the state. The countries that, unfortunately, got the honor of representing. Everyone in Montenegro needs to have the right to live freely. You don't have to love Montenegro but you have to respect it. I hope that he will also consider the prosecution and the Nenezic said.
