The Brief of Justice's Brief was received and a criminal case was formed in order to determine the basis of suspicion that the criminal offense from the real jurisdiction of the Special State Prosecution was made - Radonjić pointed out.

We reminded, the Montenegrin government has made a decision on yesterday's session to remove the OSSpector General of the ANB inspector, Artana Kurti.

This appointment caused a lot of controversy, considering that the Kurti is a person who has a criminal record. We remind you, he is finally convicted of trying to kill in Ulcinj.

Kurti, who had previously been an expert associate in the company, was convicted as a minor for 10 months of a juvenile prison. A few years later, as an adult was sentenced to a single sentence of 10 months in prison, the European and Constitutional Court's data show.

The first verdict was for the murder in an attempt, and the second for a severe bodily injury in gaining criminal offense of the illustration of weapons and explosives.

Namely, in the shooting occurred in Ulcinj on 9 February 2004, Ricardo Oros suffered easier bodily injuries and after the pointed first aid in the local health center was transferred to the hospital in Bar. He shot him, then eighteen-year-old, Artan Kurti.

In September 2017, Kurti filed two rehabilitation requirements - the deletion of conviction from the criminal records, which he committed as a minor, but also the verdict of the High Court of 26 June 2009 when he was sentenced to a single sentence of 10 months for Application of severe bodily injuries and illicit holding of weapons.

Despite all these facts, the former Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, who with Kurti, in friendly relationships, has never seen any obstacles to his appointment in a high position within the Secret Service.

Abazovic then defended Kurti, stating that the service should do such a man who could do complex tasks.

The leader of the GP UR then insisted that there is nothing in the criminal records in connection with the Kurti, stating that it is only correlevant.
