Rally in support of the Kamo śutra movement: Budva is with Cetinje, we demand the dismissal of the security sector leaders

Budva is with Cetinje, Budva is with students, Budva is with all free people – it was said at the rally in support of the student movement “Kamo śutra”.

As reported by Cetinjski list, the citizens of Budva said that “the road connecting Budva and Cetinje has never been closed, despite the crowds, fires, construction work, snow, rain, but it is closed today, not through our fault, but because of our need to demand the responsibility of those who should take care of our security”.

“And since there is no responsibility, neither professional nor human, as citizens of the city closest to Cetinje, we join the demands of the Kamo śutra student group and demand their dismissal from the leading positions in the security sector”, the message from the protest states.

They state that many of them were born in Cetinje and rightly consider themselves citizens of the Royal Capital.

"That's why, perhaps more than the other two terrible crimes, with 23 lives lost, we feel them more deeply and personally. That's why Budva, along with Cetinje, was the first to respond to the students' call to wake up. We must not remain silent and silent to the cry of those closest to us, nor to the arrogance of those who are returning us to "normal life". Because there is no normal life if we fear for the lives of our children, if we are not safe, if the authorities are more concerned about the glare of the glasses than the murderer who is rampaging through the city," was the message from tonight's gathering, which was held at the "lower intersection", a roundabout in Budva.
