Two facts indicate that the reason for canceling the event is extremely bizarre and absurd. According to the forecast, no precipitation is expected in Cetinje tomorrow at the time that was scheduled for the ceremony - from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Not even for today, when the orchestra's dress rehearsal was supposed to be held.
Apart from this obvious lie, the claim about low temperatures "at which musical instruments cannot function" is even more bizarre. The musicians played even at temperatures below zero without problems and the instruments functioned without problems, so the absurdity of the situation is even greater because the temperature in Cetinje, during the unexpected celebration in the atrium of the Government House, according to the forecast, will not fall below the 10th division of the Celsius scale.
However, if Raonic's RTCG was ready at the beginning of his first illegal mandate to lie to the public that on September 5, 2021 "the police were shot" in Cetinje, or that Ukraine attacked Russia a little more than two years ago, this temperature lie about instruments it may even sound innocuous.
On the other hand, the essential question is why the premature celebration of the 80th anniversary of RTCG, designed in Boris Raonic's cabinet as his inauguration into the third term of general director, was really postponed, worth about 50 thousand euros.
