Representative union RTCG: Jadranka Drobnjak - union leader against another union

- Everything happened quickly. The representative trade union RTCG received a new leadership. And it decided to finally seriously deal with the rights of domestic workers and numerous illegalities in the Public Service, the representative union RTCG announced.
However, they point out that it is surprising that Jadranka Drobnjak, the president of the second union in RTCG, questions the representativeness of the organization.
We transmit the announcement of the representative trade union RTCG in its entirety:
"After the letter to the Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, Jakšić Stojanović, in which we invited her to check the diplomas of those employed in the Public Service, many times until now, based on the judgments of several courts, the illegal general director, and who else, got it, as we expected, the motive for the brutal confrontation with our union organization. But we didn't assume who else?
Since the representative union RTCG with its request targeted everyone with, to put it mildly, strange testimonies and unsafe schooling, and since we suspect that this is also the case in management, we feared that there would be consequences.
We expected, if this is true, that multiple times, or so say the judgments of the Montenegrin courts, the illegal director would start putting pressure on our members to leave us, which is not difficult for him considering the extremely arrogant manipulation of staff that characterizes his mandates that have been contested in court in vain.
The sudden resignation of some members from our union, in just a few days, led us to suspect that the "counseling and threatening service of associates" easily completed the task.
Intimidation and attrition of membership led to problematization of the representativeness of our organization.
It was to be expected that someone on behalf of the director, or himself, would request such a review, but what happened is for the "believe it or not" column: that's what Jadranka Drobnjak did, the president of the second union in RTCG!
Since we believe that Drobnjak is a colleague with a valid diploma, we see no other motive for her request than to help the management. This precedent in the trade union struggle would be understandable if we had bothered our colleagues, if we had an intention against them, isn't it true that even among the leadership of the RTCG employees' union, someone is afraid of the validity of their diploma? Anyway, that initiative is a trade union scam.
The goal of the trade union struggle is workers' rights and protection from irresponsible employers, so it was to be expected that the president of the other trade union organization in RTCG would at least show solidarity by silently helping us to persevere. Especially since she stated not so long ago that she is willing to unite the unions if we change the leadership of ours! Now it's not the management that bothers her, but our entire organization.
With this, we want to announce that the branches of the organization that governs the Public Service in the last four years have gone into all the pores of connecting people and that they will not be able to do so for much longer.
The hand of justice and righteousness has remained among the righteous, and there are many more of them than the frightened."
