Standard: Mandić is not a partner of EU parliamentarians, EP President cancels meeting with him

The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić, is not an acceptable partner for European parliamentarians, and therefore will not meet with the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Mecola, who canceled their meeting today, writes Standard.

Mandić was supposed to travel to Brussels on a commercial flight via Vienna at 3 p.m. today to meet with the President of the European Parliament, but the meeting, as the Standard portal has learned, will not take place.

Mecola, as they say, canceled the meeting due to the disapproval of a large number of European parliamentarians, who believe that Andrija Mandić is not an EU partner, as well as due to the fact that Croatia, an EU member state, declared him persona non grata.

Mandić was supposed to meet with Mecola tomorrow morning at nine a.m. during his official visit to the EU Parliament, which was arranged by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headed by Ervin Ibrahimović.
