Subsequent parliamentary majority: entails the procedure proposal amendments to the Law on the Constitutional Court

Due to the great interest, which provoked the proposal of the Amendment to the Law on the Constitutional Court, I inform the public that we would withdraw the same to withdraw the necessary consent at the legislature. As a parliamentary majority, we agreed that the same problem we have tried to solve the supplementary laws, regulated in an alternative way, which will fully comply with the Constitution and laws and as such acceptable as the majority of parliament and our international partners - stated Radunović in the announcement.

In this way, says Radunović, prove "that as responsible power, we respect the letter of the law, unlike the former regime that the parliament used to impose its absolutist ideas",

We reminded, according to the amendment of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, who submitted to the Prophists Slaven Radunović, Vladislav Bojović, Bogdan Božović and Vasilije Skarapić, demanded that the judges of the Constitutional Court be able to judge until 67.

Radunović, previously, justified this bill, said that there are several reasons for that.

One is that we do not remain in the delicate moment without a judge of the Constitutional Court and again are incomplete and use people with experience. There are so many accumulated subjects to have an unacceptable reduction in the number of judges. It is not part of the classic division of government and we should not compare them with other judicial bodies - said Radunović at the session of the Legislative Committee on which the bill is not in accordance with the Constitution.
