The authority leads black mountain to the ambis

MUWN-The Montenegrin diaspora with anxiety is watching the situation in our homeland in the last two and a half years. The state is continuously collapsing in all the worlds by the Postilian and dedicated authorities. Can this be overcome?

LP-In Montenegro, too, we are aware of such a situation that has been leading Montenegro for two years to the abyss, isolation from the world and complete uncertainty for citizens. We tried in all ways to preach such a situation, rebuilding the so -called Apostolic Government of Krivokapic with a solid guarantee of the Abazovic tangerist that he would continue the European path of Montenegro and support civic politics. However, it turns out that this Government is worse even from Krivokapic's and that she has harvested Montenegro even more firmly into the mud of Balkan Kaljuga. That is why the only solution is to go to the extraordinary parliamentary elections, which, hopefully, will finally clear the political scene and create the basics for the new, reform, civic and pro -evil government.

MUWN- The massive civic protests are also organized, which is required to withdraw the Law on the President and the agreement on the judge of the Constitutional Court, and the early parliamentary elections. Will they continue with protests?

LP-It is these protests that are "we have" a way to solve this complex situation that holds a complete state and society as hostage. The protests showed their mass that citizens are eager for change, justice and stability. That is why our obligation is to continue with such demonstrations, which we will do. Obviously, the ruling majority has frightened their mass, and in every way trying to sabotage and disparage, but the democratic world has finally got a real picture of the situation in Montenegro and things will surely move for the better.

MUWN-The political showdown with the dissenters is in force. The last example of this is the search for removal of immunity for 5 Prophet DPS and SD. What epilogue do you expect here and is this one of the examples of an obvious direct political influence and pressure on the prosecution?

LP-This authority has been shown to be translated by anything, not much for the constitution or for the laws, let alone for any ethics. This was also shown by court judgments for illegal shifts in the wave of political revanches of this majority, of which the state will have a huge financial damage and permanently disturbing the reputation. So we are not much surprised by any of their moves. When it comes to the immunity of the Prophet, we will see what will happen at the Assembly and whether the Principals of the authorities will be as principled as when they sat in the opposition benches. In any case, I believe the justice is reaching out and that there is no need to score anyone who has worked by law, honorably and in the interest of the public.

MUWN-There are also prominent civic activists, journalists and NGO activists on the regime. The last in a row is the mourning of BIRN. This is a continuation of intimidation and threatening and basic human rights. How do you fight with that?

LP-For years, orchestrated campaigns in Montenegrin and regional media, especially undertook irresponsible statements of the most responsible state functions, focused on both opposition and its deputies, and every citizen who dares to publicly come out and emphasize in the political struggle and criticism of the policy of the current authority is the support of citizens at the historic minimum in modern political history. Particularly the target is a brave civic activists who have worn our fight for the last two years.

It is important that we all condemn such phenomena together and to preserve the company of tolerance and dialogue and not to allow the trend of legitimation of the lowest insults, pans and lyrine on the public scene, which has already left too far. With such a relationship, we were able to internationalize the problem made by a network of Birn and almost destroyed the lives of ordinary people, activists who struggled for free society and who presented as extremists for some false balance and stories of two ektremisms forced by both the Prime Minister and his Party. Fortunately, we did not allow them this and international organizations were involved and this shameful announcement was withdrawn.

MUWN-Did the international community see in the right way a problem that exists in Montenegro and what consequences can it have not only to it but the whole region?

LP-It seems that the international community at first did not fully understand what was happening in Montenegro. Demagogy and the populism of most of August 30, along with the really high expectations of changes in the ruling majority after many years, and the process of democratic consolidation, made it clear to someone on the side to understand what ideas were actually hiding behind it. From the beginning, we warned our partners and tried to raise awareness of this problem through European and international liberal networks, however, it took a while to understand it completely. Perhaps a rare good thing of such changes we witnessed in Montenegro is just a completely clear picture of which one can expect. Finally, international partners understood where the black mountain policies of this government were leading and openly, sharply and directly responding, and even the possibility of inter -anrodic isolation of Montenegro. We need to understand that even international community is not a coheretic body, but a group of states that are facing themselves with their own challenges and problems that endanger democracy around the world, so it is always the biggest obligation to Nan Ama in Montenegro to be key movements of change and show the world a state we want.

MUWN- In all this, key factors are regimes in Belgrade and Moscow. Are our partners from the west, primarily in Brussels and even Vošington are aware of the fact of the crisp and the Posrpan action of the current majority?

LP-I am convinced that our partners, above all Brussels and Washingnon, are very aware of what the challenges are in Montenegro in terms of destabilization from individual addresses in Moscow and Belgrade. This policy is not of yesterday but lasts for decades, and even more. We have heard clear grades from western centers and in the case of a Drodnje Stroke in 2016 and even the so -called lithiums, that is, the demonstration of the opposition and the SPC, which were a policy for the conquest of power. It is up to us to help partners understand what actors in Montenegro support such servants' policies and contribute to that Montenegro to be an unstable polygon for Russian interests, and it seems that such professional is precisely part of the Montenegrin Government.

MUWN-Montenegro Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic obviously wants to push the open Balkans in TKZ, an initiative of which there is no valid data, which is contrary to the European path. However, the support of this initiative was given several times by Gabriel Eskobar. Is there a danger that, like a fundamental contract with the church of Serbia, Abazovic is pushing Montenegro in a similar way to her by the pernicious open Balkans, and how can this be prevented?

LP-Montenegro must be very careful with the idea of involvement in the Open Balkan project. As a state that opened all the negotiating chapters and closed several very important chapters, and has a clear European perspective, Montenegro must not question or even sacrifice its EU future. What this contract provides to the states of signatory, Serbia, Albania and northern Macedonia is certainly a step forward for these countries, but Montenegro largely enjoys all these rights and relief through bilateral contracts with all these countries. The question is how much Montenegro could remain immune to political influences, which are always more dominant over economic, by clearly dedicated Belgrade and its larger patrons from Moscow or other centers of power?

There are very few information or positive indicators for Montenegro in this project, and even the latest research says that almost half of the citizens have not been informed of the "Open Balkan" initiative at all. For now, this project is more of a marketing initiative of Serbia's ambition, which is trying to impose itself as an important factor due to its adverse international position and strong Russian influences, and Montenegro certainly should not be part of such processes and blurred by a clear European perspective regions and their citizens.

MUWN- We are on a daily basis to read insults and threats, which support the champions of the Posrpian parties and the Serbian church to national Montenegrins and the members of other minority nations. You've been on hit for a long time. Prosecution and judiciary either do not respond or cover up and reject such atrocities. Are there naked lives in Montenegro in Nesrbi?

LP-Permanent threats of death, violence, aggression, to all who publicly stand out as part of civic and Montenegrin corps, and even opposition deputies, are the culmination of satanization of all those who do not think as power, and it is increasingly taking it, with the obvious premature defense of the ruling majority . Premieir even encourages such messages calling everyone who demonstrates against his pernicious policy to extremists, nationalists, criminals and the like. It's unheard of.

For years, orchestrated campaigns in Montenegrin and regional media, especially undertook irresponsible statements of the most responsible state functions, focused on both opposition and its deputies, and every citizen who dares to publicly come out and emphasize in the political struggle and criticism of the policy of the current authority is the support of citizens at the historic minimum in modern political history. It is important that we all condemn such phenomena together and to preserve the company of tolerance and dialogue and not to allow the trend of legitimation of the lowest insults, pans and lyrine on the public scene, which has already left too far. It is especially important for this voice to be heard internationally, so that the world is also aware of what is happening to us.

MUWN- We have also witnessed the torture and life of the police towards Montenegrin in Belvedera and Nikšić. Even today, epilogue or procedures are gone, although evidence are numerous and indisputable. Your comment?

LP-The judiciary, the prosecution and the complete apparatus related to this area, the key challenge of Montenegro and reform processes. This is exactly what the famous chapters 23 and 24 are related to the EU accession process, which are the largest stumbling block. This is also shown in the eyes of cases, when it seems that there is not much will to process responsible to the end. Unfortunately, we were the victims of the dangerous policy of Linca, lies and tributes. A few months after Belveders, the competent ones were openly lying about everything, from the fact that the demonstrans were preparing armed attacks and used the weapons, to the fact that the rubber brans and tears against demonstration were not used. I am convinced that the rights always have to find its way, and it will not forever last like this, which is unsustainable.

MUWN- The Montenegrin Diaspora has been completely for 3 years on the margin for 3 years. State institutions in charge of this show a complete absence of interest, and the most prominent representatives from the diaspora are at stroke. What is your message to expatriates?

LP-The Montenegrin diaspora, which may be more numerous than its nut, is a huge resource of our country, in every daring. So, by its constant voice lifting, internationalization of Montenegrin problems, but also to financial and investment support for its regions and investment in the country, it makes an immeasurable contribution to all the spects of life of Montenegro. It seems that the diaspora sometimes feels better and understands the needs of Montenegro, watching neutrally and on the side, than many in the state itself. The new majority has recognized the danger of the diaspora for their destructive ideas and that the diaspora is really someone who will not allow Nih's Matica to collapse and who has the power to spread our voice around the world, so they have tried to marginalize the diaspora, to deprive the rights and eliminate the existence of these People in their nut. It has not passed and it will never pass, because this is your country just like all of us, your contribution to the state is enviable and your sense of it is unique. Be convinced that we will always be with you on the bumper of your rights in their own state.
