The Belgrade union would like to return the chapel to Lovćen, they also sang about Kosovo; DPS: Nationalist performance of MK and local authorities

Last night in Berane, as part of the regional tenth jubilee festival - Thunder Fest, the musical group Belgrade Union performed, and instead of a cultural and artistic program, our city was served an event marked by a nationalist performance, said the Municipal Committee of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Berane.
This is how the citizens, say the party, once again witnessed nationalist iconography, the same songs with a recognizable musical repertoire, the flag of another country and pointing out from the stage itself about the "endangerment of the Serbs" and the need for "the return of the chapel on Lovćen", the glorification of a nation and of a nation.
In the Berane DPS, they say that such provocations on a national basis are nothing more than undermining the multinational and multi-ethnic harmony in Berane, "but also a finger in the eye of the civic orientation of our city and Montenegro in general."
A special curiosity, they note, is the fact that the main sponsor and organizer of last night's concert as part of the Berane Cultural Summer was the Secretariat for Culture, Youth and Relations with NGOs of the Municipality of Berane, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro.
Thus, according to the DPS, the local government and relevant minister Maša Vlaović are obliged to answer whose money this event was financed and whether it was done with the money of all citizens.
Taking into account all of the above, we expect that all other relevant representatives of the government, as well as pretenders to the highest positions in the state who present themselves to the civil profiling workers, will also make a statement about yesterday's event. First of all, the President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović, the leader of PES Milojko Spajić and the leader of the Democrats Aleksa Bečić, whose parties are constituents of the local government in our city. Those who truly fight for democratic values and the continuation of Montenegro's path to the EU cannot be silent and remain silent and not condemn such events - they say in OO DPS Berane.
