The Democratic Party of Socialists Boycotting Upcoming Census, which is planned to start on November 30, have announced at the press conference, because they say in that party, the conditions for its implementation are met.

Asked why they do not agree to extend the list, he said that they did not dispute the extension of the census deadline when it should be completed.
We have said that the condition is to be met by the terms in the Agreement. Yesterday we found that there are no meticulous conditions. The first is that there is not enough enumerator. The other is, that we do not have a ready-made software specification today. We will not participate until the conditions are met. Our demands were clear, until November 30, fill them. I don't see what's disputing to start a list for five or seven days later, let's see what's missing in the field. In the end we have all the completed conditions. What is the problem to sit down by the Commission, prepare the software specification, see what is missing and finally finish all the humanity to serious people - cited the Žiković.
He said that their goal is not an opstructs of the census, but the construction of trust.
But if Andrija Mandić says, the census must happen on November 30, the conditions were met, then not clear what someone's intention was - listed by Ziković.
