The meeting of some representatives of the political parties ended, the leaders of the DF, Danilović and Milačić did not attend

The meeting of the President of the Assembly, Danijela Đurović, with the leaders of the parliamentary parties, where they discussed the solution to the political and institutional crisis in Montenegro, ended a little before 3 p.m.
The meeting started around 12:30 p.m. However, after a little less than 20 minutes, DF leaders Andrija Mandić, Milan Knežević and Nebojša Medojević, United president Goran Danilović, Prava Montenegro president Marko Milačić and Labor Party leader Maksim Vučinić left the meeting.
The meeting was attended by the vice-president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Ivan Vuković, the leader of the URA GP Dritan Abazović, officials of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Draginja Vuksanović Stanković and Ivan Vujović, Boris Mugoša from the Social Democrats (SD)...
The leader of the Albanian Alternative Nik Đljošaj, Genci Nimanbegu from Force, the presidents of the Liberal Party (LP) Andrija Popović and the Bosniak Party (BS) Ervin Ibrahimović, the leader of Demos Miodrag Lekić, Srđan Pavićević from Civis...
Earlier, at the press conference, Đurović said that the topic of discussion will be appointments to the judiciary, primarily the election of judges of the Constitutional Court, as well as the reform of electoral legislation.
At today's meeting, it was supposed to discuss the amendments to the Law on the President, which the President Milo Đukanović returned to the parliament for a re-decision.
European Union institutions and several diplomatic missions in Montenegro said they were worried about the adoption of amendments to the Law on the President and the lack of political dialogue, especially in connection with the election of judges of the Constitutional Court.
They said that all political entities should work together to find a way out of the current crisis.
And the spokesperson of the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for foreign policy, Peter Stano, conveyed yesterday his deep concern with the vote of November 1 in the Parliament of Montenegro, when the amendments to the Law on the President were adopted at the proposal of the Democratic Front (DF), noting that it is necessary to reach a consensus and it is necessary to urgently elect judges of the Constitutional Court.
The Democratic Party of Socialists also called for a dialogue, which gave a deadline of seven days to start the process of electing judges of the Constitutional Court and announced that, otherwise, the struggle for institutions would be moved outside the institutional framework.
