The President of the European Commission canceled her visit to Montenegro due to fog, which was not there

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, did not arrive in Montenegro this morning as planned, and the European delegation announced that the reason was the fog at the Belgrade airport, which prevented take-off.
Following the information that the weather was nice in Belgrade this morning and that some flights were operated normally, the journalists of Antena M asked the Delegation of the European Union, more precisely the Ambassador Ana Kristina Popa, but also the Commissioner of the European Commission Ana Pisonero Hernandez, what was the actual reason for Von der Leyen's non-arrival , because the weather conditions, which the Delegation referred to, were not.
While waiting for answers from Brussels and the embassy in Podgorica, Popa took to Twitter to say that she regrets that weather conditions prevented Von der Leyen's arrival and that she hopes for a new date for the visit soon.
We are sorry that the weather conditions prevented today's visit of 🇲🇪 President 🇪🇺 @EU_Commission @vonderleyen
We expect the new date of her visit 🇲🇪 to be soon. https://t.co/baqC73KBLX

Even the citizens are not without doubts when it comes to the cancellation of the visit of the President of the European Commission, so you can see various comments on Twitter, which cast doubt on the reason for the cancellation of the visit.
Pobjeda's foreign policy commentator Miodrag Vlahović assessed that there is indeed ambiguity regarding the non-arrival of the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, in her visit to Montenegro.
He indicated that this morning's and today's list of landings and takeoffs from the Belgrade airport does not suggest traffic problems, but on the contrary, which is why, as Pobjedi said, we are left to speculate what actually happened.
- If the reasons are of a diplomatic or political nature - which, given the overall situation in our country, cannot be ruled out - then they should be sought in the actions, statements and behavior of the Prime Minister who was voted no-confidence in the Parliament - emphasized Vlahović.
Let us remind you that the President of the European Commission was supposed to meet with the highest state officials in Podgorica today.
