The Prosecution opened a case regarding the recording of the accident in the Lokve tunnel

On the occasion of the video footage published on portals and social networks after the traffic accident in the Lokve tunnel, on the main road Berane - Rožaje, in which one person was killed and two others were seriously injured, the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje formed a case file and ordered the authorized police to the officials of OB Berana to collect the necessary notifications regarding the event. This was announced by the spokesman of VDT Bijelo Polje, Hasan Lukač.
Also, as Lukač adds, the on-duty state prosecutor of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Berane, who was conducting an investigation at the scene of the accident, was ordered to forward the case files to the State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje after obtaining findings and opinions from medical experts. whether there are elements of a criminal offense in the actions of the individuals from the video in question that are being prosecuted ex officio and for which this prosecution would have jurisdiction.
