The public expects resignation and responsibility, politicians of such a situation use for their promotion

The public and citizens expect the objective responsibility of people at the head of key institutions in the event of a tunnel from the apartment in the center of Podgorica to a higher court, said in the morning program of the TVCG lawyer, Veselin Radulović.

He says that the case creates the impression that in Montenegro, no one does its job and that there is an unbearable dose of irresponsibility.

Radulović points out that such situations politicians use for their promotion.

If this happened in a legally regulated state would be amazing, but in Montenegro it is not a surprise. The surprise would be when we saw that institutions effectively do some work and I want to believe that it will be in this case - said Radulović.

So far, as we emphasized, only the interference of the investigation into unfounded evidence has also seen.

We had a scandalous tour of the tunnel and the apartment yesterday. We read the titles "Prime Minister visited the apartment", "Tunnel," I was only expecting to enter and open it, perhaps more appropriate - he added.

He points out that he was shocked by what Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic and ministers visited the place where the investigation was still lasting, ie the place that must be provided.

The Prime Minister has unauthorized entered that space and is irrelevant whether or did not receive the approval of the President of the High Court. The investigation is led by the Prosecution and all unauthorized persons cannot enter the place - he noted a lawyer.

Radulovic points out that in a legal state, after such a case, the President of the Court and the Minister of the Interior has already submitted resignation.

The editor of the RTCG Marko Vešović said that this case drastically talks about weaknesses in the security sector.

"In the High Court building, works are underway and is very noisy and probably the perpetrators of this work abused this, they probably knew and used it," Vesovic said.

He also states the information from the police that the suspects for the execution of this criminal offense are not citizens of Montenegro, but are from the region. Vesovic also says that the police still do not communicate who is the orderor of this crime.

I'm not a close theory that they were all taught to steal a weapon from the court. The evidence is as reported and I am not sure that their theft would have an effect in some court proceedings, "Vesovic said, added that he did not believe that the goal was to stop some court proceedings.

Whether it was one's betrayal or liquidation, which he mentioned and the president of the court remains that the competent authorities answer - he assessed.

Radulovic, however, thinks that the focus perpetrators were on the material in the Depot of the High Court and the president of the High Court are not professional.

It is true that expertise was performed, but it is not a small number of cases in which re-expertise is requested - Radulović stated.

He also says how he is afraid we didn't move away from the judiciary as it was during the Vesna Medenica.

That is why I think that it is a frivolous and irresponsible statement of the President of the Senior Court that he was the goal of liquidation or escape from the defendants, he himself said that there was no evidence to go out of the theories, "Radulović said.

Vešović, on the other hand, points out that the next step in this case is to communicate the names of the suspects, and then and to identify the organizers and principals.

It is obvious that all participants in the chain had quarrel coordination. The works on the High Court building were a mask to do that action, there must be a lot of money in place there. It really is somewhere logical and that without the help of someone from the court, it was difficult to perform this action, is that so I don't know, but we heard that yesterday. The investigation would have to lead to concrete data - Vesovic concluded.
