The SDP is asking for a repeat of the election at one BM in Kolašin
Earlier today, it was uncertain whether the SEC would announce the final election results because the Social Democratic Party (SDP) submitted a new objection to the work of the Kolašin Municipal Election Commission. As the president of the State Election Commission (SEC) Nikola Mugoša told Pobjeda earlier, a break was given at the SEC session because of this.
According to our knowledge, the SDP is asking for a decision to be made on calling for re-elections at the polling station in the "Braća Selić" mixed secondary school, because they claim that those results do not have legal effect because they were previously annulled.
We would like to remind you that the Constitutional Court today unanimously made a decision to reject the appeal of the SDP MP candidate filed on July 11 against the decision of the State Election Commission (SEC).
In this case, the court made a decision to reject the appeal of Zeković and Vujović against the decision of the SEC from July 11, as unfounded - according to the announcement of the Constitutional Court.
