Tonight, the State Election Commission rejected 15 objections submitted by Nebojša Vuksanović, the representative of Vuk Kadić, the holder of the electoral list "Dr. Vuk Kadić - Move Forward - For Podgorica and his family", to the decisions of the Election Commission of the Capital City of Podgorica.
At a session lasting several hours, the SEC inspected election materials from certain polling stations and determined that the objections were unfounded.
"One of the objections referred to polling station number 27 in the "Dragiša Ivanović" Elementary School in Doljani, where an extract from the voter list is missing. The President of the SEC, Nikola Mugoša, stated that during the consideration of this issue there were different opinions among the members of the Commission, and there was no complete agreement on whether this deficiency was a sufficient basis for the adoption of the complaint. The Commission rejected this complaint with eight votes "against", while President Mugoša and Commission member Milisav Ćorić voted for its adoption. a.
The State Electoral Commission accepted the objections of the Kotor DPS Municipal Board and ordered the Kotor Municipal Electoral Commission to make a decision on repeating the elections at two polling stations.
"At the same time, the SEC rejected two objections of Vladimir Jokić, a candidate for councilor, with the explanation that it had already made a decision on that legal situation before," the announcement reads.
The session of the SEC lasted several hours, and the decisions were, they say, made after a detailed review of the relevant election material.
