Tivat police arrested by the nationals of South Africa n.v.r. (19) Due to the suspicion that he committed the annoying over his child.
As they said from the police, he is suspected that the suspect was annoyed to the detriment of the child who is the Netherlands citizen.
By order of the State Prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, who qualified the criminal offense, n.v.r. has been deprived of liberty and with a criminal application detained for further action.
