Turkovic sent a protest letter to Abazovic: The presence of your ministers disrupts the inter -sessions

The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and BiH Foreign Minister Biser Turkovic sent a letter to the Prime Minister of Government in the TECHNICAL MAND OF DRITAN ABAZOVIC and the coordinator of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the occasion of the presence of justice ministers and the financials of Montenegro, Marko Kovac and Aleksandar Damjanovic at the Academy at the Academy It is celebrated on January 9 as Republika Srpska Day (RS), Radiosarajevo.ba reports.

I send a protest to the Government of Montenegro, friendly and neighboring states. By the decision of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on January 9, Dan RS was declared unconstitutional and discriminatory, and the presence of the official of the Government disrupts the inter -judicial relations of our two countries. The celebration of January 9 as the RS Day according to the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, it violates the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and the Discriminations of members of the constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina - the letter states.

According to Turkovic, the presence of ministers from the current Montenegro's Government, to commemorate the illegal holiday, is the act of disrespect for the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, before the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, attended the commemoration of the Memorial Day for Genocide in Srebrenica on July 11 last year.

Allow you to remind you that on January 9, 1992, a hit on the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an introductory act in aggression, ethnic cleansing, mass crimes and genocide, which were judged at international courts. It is also surprising that the Minister of the Government of Montenegro, the Member States of the North Atlane Association of NATO have agreed to attend the ceremony at which the Order Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, which conducts aggression against Ukraine, was awarded. Montenegro officials are always welcome to Bosnia and Herzegovina and we are ready to work even more strongly to connect our two countries, but a key prerequisite for cooperation is to respect each other and respect the decisions of the courts and relevant institutions of friendly states - he points out in a letter to Abazovic.
