Vukovic asked the ambassador: Is this a democratic narrative of Milatovic?

After the presidential candidate of "Europe USA" Jakov Milatovic stated that "Evil has ruled Montenegro for 30 years," Vice President of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) and Podgo Mayor Ivan Vukovic addressed Tviter, EU, the US, the United States, the United States Kingdoms and France.

Is this a democratic narrative? Liberal values? European Agenda? Vukovic asked.
