Vukovic resigned: We leave EUR 17 million in the capital account

Podgorica Podgorica Ivan Vukovic resigned to that function.

By verifying the mandate councilors of the new convening Assembly, the capital of Podgorica, today are formally created for the beginning of the formation of a new government in Podgorica. In accordance with the promise I gave to the fellow citizens, I resigned in the town of Mayor today, "Vukovic wrote in Facebook.

He also said that he hoped that the new mayor will be elected as soon as possible, in order to avoid possible problems in the functioning of the city system.

We leave the capital in excellent condition. The system is maximally functional, personnel qualified and financially stable. We leave over 17 million euros on the capital account. My deputies, Sladjani Vujacic and Caslav Vešović, to which the mandate stops today, I want to thank you in a huge contribution to all the successes we have achieved over the past 4 years. I am also grateful to other colleagues from the City Administration, Secretariat, companies and public institutions. I remain in the belief that no mayor will never have a better team. I wish the success in the work in the new city. - said Vukovic.
