Zirojević: The time has come to put an end to the two and a half year tragedy in Montenegro

The time has come to put an end to the two-and-a-half-year tragedy, the wandering of Montenegro and the satirizing of its institutions, said the spokesperson of the Social Democrats (SD) after the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović dissolved the Parliament of Montenegro.
He said that he is convinced that the changes that took place on August 30 caused disappointment among those people who voted for the change of government and love this country.
We have witnessed never-greater divisions in Montenegro and an environment in which people fear for their own and their families' safety every day. We witnessed an economic downturn, a fictitious increase in wages, and a worse and worse standard of living. We have witnessed unprecedented revanchism and party recruitment that knows no bounds. We have witnessed the explosion of populism, accompanied by frequent outbursts of fascism and the collapse of civilization. We witnessed everything that we believed we would not see in Montenegro - stated Zirojević.
He said that the time has come to put an end to it.
The time has come for extraordinary parliamentary elections to return Montenegro to its European path and to once again be an example in the region, not the region's brute. I'm sure we'll do it! Let's roll up our sleeves and win - concluded Zirojević.
