Karleusa's Instagram account deleted for hate speech

Jelena Karleuša, who had more than two million followers on Instagram, and regularly used her account to publish photos, recently more often hate speech, was left without it, her manager Zoran Birtašević confirmed on the social network Iks, reports Nova.rs.

The deletion of her account took place after she continuously had outbursts of hate speech on national and religious grounds towards the citizens of Montenegro during the last two days.

She denied the sovereignty of the state, insulted the citizens of Montenegro, called them extremists and a threat to Serbs and Serbia, and finally, she asked her followers to stop vacationing in Montenegro.

In the answers, mostly citizens of Montenegro, they state that they are not bots, but that they are real people, with first and last name, who decided to report her profile.

Instagram has an official policy and rulebook in which targeting, hate speech against any minority, nation, religion, group is prohibited... Because of reports of this type, Instagram deletes user profiles.
