Jennifer Lopez tried to "drop by" the "Chanel" store in Istanbul, but security did not let her in because the store was full at the time, Turkish media reported.
The incident occurred on Monday, August 4, the day before the singer's big concert in Istanbul.
According to media reports, the security at the entrance to the store apparently did not recognize her and turned her back, and the singer briefly and politely replied: "Okay, no problem" and then turned and left.
The store staff later invited her back, but she decided to visit other luxury fashion brands' stores.
