In the big Albanian Super League derby Partizani - Tirana today, there were fan incidents in which there were injuries.
According to Albanian media, it all started shortly before the start of the match between the big city rivals.
Despite the security, the fans of the two clubs managed to get into a conflict, which spread to the pitch itself.
Some supporters also lit pyrotechnics, which they used to target the rival fan group. It all happened at the moment when the Tirana fan group entered the stadium.
After that, the police managed to disperse them from the pitch.
The Albanian portal Syri reports that there were injuries, while several fans were thrown out of the stadium.
Incidentally, Tirana demanded that the match not be played at Partizan's stadium, as they believed it did not meet the security requirements for organizing such a match. The match nevertheless started after the riots, and Tirana finished with a 0:1 lead.
