Dutchwoman Maureen Koster (32) lost consciousness after an unfortunate fall and hitting her head on the ground.
One of her competitors pushed her from behind.
The race continued, while she was moved from the track.
She was given emergency medical care there, and they had to protect her privacy with sheets while providing assistance.
According to initial information, Koster is better, but she was taken out of the competition on a stretcher.
