The last round in our qualifying group of the League of Nations for the "brave falcons" had no result significance. Five defeats in the previous five rounds could not be corrected and prevent relegation to the "C" class of European football.

The Montenegrins remained to play for honor and prestige, for the coat of arms of their country and at least a little joy of loyal fans at the end of the cycle. The motive proved to be more than enough. Montenegro defeated the exceptional Turkish national team 3-1, Nikola Krstović grew into a hero, and we all want to believe that the flash at the end is the announcement of a great fire in the next qualifiers, which will warm the hearts of Montenegrin fans.

For Turkey, the defeat meant the loss of first place and direct placement in the continuation of the competition. The chance created for them by the Montenegrins was used by the Welsh, with a 4-1 victory over Iceland they won first place in the group.
