Two youths were killed and four were wounded in a shooting at a house party in Tacoma, Washington, police said.
The statement said a juvenile had been arrested in connection with the shooting.
The victims were said to be between 16 and 21 years old, and the wounded were taken to hospitals and their lives were not in danger, ABC television reported. There were about 40 juveniles at the party.
Nearby homes and vehicles were damaged in the shooting.
