Two security agents and two migrants were killed in a shooting in the town of Lun Plage near Dunkirk in northern France today, French media reported.
The man who claimed to be the perpetrator of the murders turned himself in to the gendarmerie in the town of Giveveld, BFM television reported.
He also confessed to committing a fifth murder some time later, sources close to the investigation said.
