Harrowing images are being shared on social media – videos and pictures showing bodies on the streets.
The Russian military has launched a new rocket attack on Kryvyi Rih, the birthplace of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. At least 12 people, including three children, were killed in the tragic incident, the Kyiv Post reports.
The head of the city's military administration, Oleksandr Vilkul, said more than 50 people were injured. "The number of wounded is constantly growing. This information will come later. Cars and garages are burning," regional governor Sergiy Lysak said.
