High school students in blockade from several cities have announced that they will organize a commemorative walk on September 1, the day the school year begins, as part of the protest "High school students remember".
The walk will be held in memory of the victims of the canopy collapse at the Novi Sad Railway Station on November 1, when 16 people died.
The organizers of the protest plan to gather as many participants as possible, with the support of parents, some teachers and students in the blockade.
They have sent a request to school principals to suspend classes for all, except for the reception of first-year students.
Details of the route and schedule of the walk have not been published. The high school students announce that the public will be informed about everything before the start of the school year, according to Nova.rs.
