Incidents in front of the Belgrade Assembly: Fights, arrests, eggs
Since early morning, the councilors were greeted at Nikola Pašić Square by metal fences and a large number of security personnel. When the session was about to begin, the opposition councilors came out in front of the chairman's bench, with Serbian flags, and constantly broadcast and sang the Serbian anthem. During that time, the government councilors were sitting. The plan, as the opposition representatives had previously said, was to prevent work in the city parliament, but to avoid any violence and intrusions into the building.
The councilors of the ruling majority adopted the agenda, while the beats of "Bože pravde" echoed and continued their work, as if everything was fine. Then they quickly finished their work and adopted all the items on the agenda.

Brnabić: An act of terrorism by those who tried to burn down the Parliament
Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabić assessed that today's incident in front of the Belgrade Parliament was an "act of terrorism" carried out, in her words, by representatives of the opposition.
She said at a press conference in the Serbian Parliament that today's incident was caused by "the same people who participated in the attempt to blockade, burn down and violently take over state institutions in the Serbian Parliament".
"The same people continued the brutal violence in front of the Belgrade Parliament", said Brnabić.
