Tenth day of RTS blockade: Students play chess, surrounding streets closed to traffic

The tenth morning of the RTS blockade is going smoothly. There are a lot of security guards on Aberdareva Street, and students have set up several tents on this street, where they have food points. This morning, all entrances to the building are blocked, and Aberdareva Street, Ilije Garašanina Street, Majora Ilić Street and Takovska Street to the corner with Nikola Pasić Square are closed to traffic.

On Aberdareva Street, students are playing chess, and a table called "Play Chess with a Student" has been set up. Coffee is being brewed and rolls are being served at the Bežanijske kose choir stand.

As the N1 reporter reports, everything is going smoothly, although since this morning, a message has been spreading via social media and Viber groups that students at RTS need support, because, allegedly, the arrival of the emergency police is possible.

The students the reporter spoke to say that they have not received any such tip.

This morning at around 7 am, the police brigade, or rather the police officers who are stationed in the RTS building, was changed, and this may have worried citizens, as the reporter reports.
