See the list of the 100 richest people in the region, including Montenegrins

The "Nedeljnik" magazine has published a list of the 100 richest people in the region, and it also includes people from Montenegro.

As they said, the list was created in cooperation with leading media in the region.

The combination of difficult business conditions and individual decisions of company owners created the List of the 100 richest business people in our region (the countries of the former Yugoslavia), writes Nedeljnik.

It is also stated that the data show that in all countries of the region, classic (traditional) businesses are by default good and bring stable profits.

The real estate business can be said to be on the rise. High technologies, except in Croatia, provide satisfactory returns in Slovenia and Serbia, while interest in this industry has decreased among business people in Montenegro, probably due to the small chances of making big profits.

The traditional rivalry between Croatia and Serbia, as reflected in the List of the 100 Richest Businesspeople in the Region, has overshadowed the business elite in other countries in the region – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia.

In these countries, the top positions on the lists of the richest businessmen are held by owners of companies whose portfolios consist mainly of traditional businesses (trade, distribution, industry, construction, agriculture). The fact is that such an economic structure resists crises, but, unfortunately, all the changes taking place in the global economy.
